What snack foods are good for energy and concentration?
I do most of my University essays in the Uni library for long sessions. Obviously there isn’t a microwave or a fridge in there. Basically I need to know if there are foods that can be carried around in a bag or pocket that give energy, fuel, boost concentration etc.

Unsalted roasted almonds…add some raisins or whatever dried fruit that you like. This snack will get you through those long study sessions.

I find that Trail Mix is the best. Also, protein bars, but those can be high in fat, maybe 1/2 one. Maybe pack some good fruit. I usually like that 3pm snack, too, and that gets hard w/ my work schedule.

Protein bars or trail mix work well for a quick fix ,they don’t have too much sugar so you won’t crash later.

Granola bar
